What this assumes

Every full outage reached you, and half of the partial ones
A vendor's status page covers every part of its service, and from outside nobody can tell which parts you use. Full outages count in full; half of the extra credit from partial outages counts. The range shows both ends. Where the SLA names what it covers, parts it does not (a support portal, say) are left out.
One outage a month, for a day at most
Each month we take the vendor's single worst outage rather than adding them all up, and count it for 24 hours at most. Status pages leave regional incidents open for weeks; nobody is down for all of it.
The vendor's published SLA applies
Credits follow each vendor's public terms for the plan named. Where we have not read a vendor's terms yet, typical terms are used (99.9% a month, then 10%, 25% or 50% of that month's fees) and marked. Your contract may promise more, less or nothing.
Spend is typical for your size unless you typed it
Each service starts from a typical monthly spend for a company of the size chosen. A credit is a share of what you pay, so your own figures change the answer in proportion.
Only what is on record
Months before our record of a vendor begins are left out, never guessed, so a short record understates the year.

We read your own plan and contract once you sign up; most vendors pay as a credit on a later invoice, and decide every claim.

The largest outage of the last three months at each vendor that publishes credits, and how long is left to file for it — if it reached you. Add one to price it for your own spend.

The biggest outage at each vendor that publishes credits, counted the way the estimate counts: full outages only, a day at most, the vendor's post and Datadog's Updog merged where both saw it. Each credit is the vendor's published SLA with that outage as the month's only one, if it reached you — your plan, region and contract decide whether it did.
